Rising Star PR is proud to announce the latest addition to their roster, stunning starlet and former Vivid contract girl Monique Alexander.
“I’ve known and trusted Devan since I very first got into the industry,” confides Monique. “I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else when it comes to my career.”
Rising Star PR was beyond thrilled to bring her on board their all-star team.
“It’s been amazing watching Momo grow and become the star we always knew she would one day be,” gushes Cypher. “Acme and I are glad to have the opportunity to help her move forward in her career and have big plans in store for her for the rest of 2009.”
Born in Northern California, Monique began stripping in Sacramento when she was 18 and was quickly recruited from the club by an agent to pose nude in magazines.
She crossed the line into adult films in 2001 for Clive McClain’s Hot Showers series, as a girls-only performer, and had signed her first contract in less than six months. In 2004 she moved over to Vivid Entertainment where she began performing in boy-girl scenes as early as 2005 including making an interactive DVD and a starring in the feature role with legendary male performer Rocco Siffredi in Lexie and Monique Love Rocco.
Recently she parted ways with Vivid, although they continue to work together on excellent terms. Since then she’s been racking up scenes for everyone from Naughty America, where she did five boy-girl scenes, to taking a trip down memory lane in Zero Tolerance’s Girlvana series.
“I loved my time with Vivid but it is really exciting being able to work with new people again,” Monique confides. “I get so excited to go to work now.”
Monique is no stranger to mainstream either. Her recent appearance on The Tonight Show with Conan O’Brien is just one more addition to her long list of credits that include Crank 2, Entourage’ and National Lampoon’s Lost Reality and Spider’s Web with Stephen Baldwin. She’s also made guest appearances on Fox News to discuss abstinence-only programs for teens and debated the merits of pornography at Yale University. Her awards include Best All-Girl Sex Scene, Film and Best Group Sex Scene, Film from AVN 2008, as well as Best Couples Sex Scene for Cry Wolf at the 2009 AVN Award.
“I like working on both sides of the hill, so to speak,” the effervescent darling confides. “I’m just as comfortable on a mainstream set or music video as I am on an adult set. I can’t imagine ever quitting the business.”
